We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase — but if not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original condition, with all tags attached
Returned in the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
How to Initiate a Return

Go to our Contact Page and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number in your request.

After approval, you will receive instructions and the return address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Unauthorized returns (items sent without prior contact) will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can resolve it.
